Pilatus PC12-12/47G PRO

ABOUT THE COURSE

This course covers the differences between the PC-12/47 NG and the PC-12/47G Pro, addressing all aircraft systems as outlined in the course chapters.

For avionics, the course focuses on the Garmin G3000 Prime system installed in the PC-12 Pro and highlights the operational and functional differences compared to the Honeywell Apex avionics system installed in the PC-12-47 NG and NGX. The course provides comprehensive coverage of avionics operation, including system layout, display management, FMS operation, route management, weather radar, TCAS, crew alerting, engine indications, environmental controls, and aircraft system integration.

The course is designed to be interactive, allowing learners to engage directly with the material through system descriptions, operational explanations, visual references, and review questions throughout each chapter. These knowledge checks help reinforce understanding and ensure the learner can apply the information in an operational context.

A final test is included at the end of the course to assess the learner’s understanding of the differences between the PC-12-47 NG and the PC-12 Pro. This test is intended to support the training organisation’s requirements and verify that the learner has achieved the required level of technical knowledge.
