Upon successful purchase, you will be granted instant access to the course materials. This access is non-transferable and for personal use only. Sharing your login credentials with others is prohibited and may result in termination of your access without a refund.

4. Pricing and Payment

All course prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Prices are in US Dollars. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment via credit or debit cards, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery & Diners, Eftpos, Interac, Girocard. Our platform complies with PCI standards for secure payment. Our website uses the best security practices to ensure the safety of our customer’s information. Access to the course will be granted once payment is successfully processed.

For multi-user customers, such as operators, government agencies, training providers, etc., we are happy to open an account with management access. Accounts and lines of credit are subject to approval.

All course materials, including videos, text, graphics, and other content, are the intellectual property of Qrosscheck Learning LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or use the materials for any purpose other than personal learning without our express written permission.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

6.1 Refund Policy

• Eligibility for Refund: If you are not satisfied with the course, you may request a refund within 10 days of purchase, provided that you have not completed more than 20% of the course. If found that you have purchased the wrong version of a course, such as variants of aircraft system training courses, we are happy to exchange the access to the correct course.

• Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@qrosscheck.com with your purchase details and the reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after approval.

• Non-Refundable Items: Courses that have been completed more than 20% or where a certificate has been issued are not eligible for a refund.

6.2 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Before Access: If you wish to cancel your purchase before accessing the course, you may do so within 72 hours of purchase for a full refund. Contact our support team at support@qrosscheck.com to request cancellation.

• Cancellation After Access: Once you have accessed the course, cancellations are subject to the refund policy outlined above.

7. Course Completion and Certification

Upon successful completion of the course, including all required assignments and assessments, you will receive a certificate of completion. Certificates will be issued digitally and are non-transferable. If you have entered the wrong name for the user actually taking the course, contact us at support@qrosscheck.com and we will happily assist you to correct the information.

8. Group Management Access and Course Usage Policy

This section applies to users who have been granted group management access, enabling them to add users and distribute access to Qrosscheck Learning LLC’s courses for training purposes.

1. Single-User License Requirement
   Each course license distributed under group management access is intended for a single individual and is non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or course materials with others is strictly prohibited.

2. Restrictions on Course Material Usage
   Utilizing course materials, in whole or in part, in a classroom setting or any environment where content is shared among multiple individuals is not permitted without prior written consent from Qrosscheck Learning LLC.

3. Instructor-Led Training Conditions
   If course materials are to be used in an instructor-led environment, the following conditions must be met:

   • Obtain explicit consent from Qrosscheck Learning LLC.

   • Ensure that each participant has acquired a valid, individual license.

   • Confirm that all licenses are active and have not expired.

4. Prohibited Activities
   Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or sharing of course materials violates these Terms and Conditions and may constitute a breach of copyright laws.

By utilizing group management access, users agree to adhere to these terms. Failure to comply may result in the revocation of access privileges and potential legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

Qrosscheck Learning LLC is not responsible for any technical issues or interruptions in service. We make no guarantees regarding the outcomes you may achieve from taking our courses.
