Group Management

You do not have permission to manage groups. You must be a admin or group leader to access this page.
You must be logged in to view this report.

Note:
When adding a single user, select the “add and invite user”. Do NOT use the option “send enrollment key”. Leave the password field blank, then the user will set their own password.

If a user have an issue with login, can not find the invitation email etc. The solution is to LOGIN, then RESET PASSWORD. This will send a reset password email. If you need any further assistance, do not hesitate to contact us at support@qrosscheck.com

Resetting or Extending a Course for a User

To extend a course license and reset the user’s progress, please email us at support@qrosscheck.com, and we will handle it for you.
Please note:

  • Extending a license will incur a new license fee.

  • The license will be extended by the applicable validity period.

  • Any previously issued certificates will be deleted upon reset.

You also have the option to reset a user’s progress manually, but this does not extend the course access. If the user’s access has expired, a license extension must be requested via email.

The Group Reset button will reset progress for the entire group.
