Note: When adding a single user, select the “add and invite user”. Do NOT use the option “send enrollment key”. Leave the password field blank, then the user will set their own password.
If a user have an issue with login, can not find the invitation email etc. The solution is to LOGIN, then RESET PASSWORD. This will send a reset password email. If you need any further assistance, do not hesitate to contact us at support@qrosscheck.com
Reset a course for a user: Some courses may be eligible to be reset, meaning the progress will be reset so the user can take the course again. If your user gets the message that the course access is expired, contact us and we will reset it for you. By doing so, any certificates will also be deleted. ACCESS EXPIRED: Some courses do have an expiry date, contact us to extend the access.
