This course is designed for aviation professionals who play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of airline operations, including flight crew, air carrier management representatives (ACMRs), and personnel involved in ground handling, cargo operations, and ramp activities. It provides a comprehensive overview of the responsibilities of employees tasked with implementing the All Cargo International Security Procedure (ACISP). Participants will gain practical knowledge on maintaining compliance with U.S. aviation security regulations, including 14 CFR Parts 108, 121, 129, 1544, and 1546, as well as TSA directives.
Through this course, participants will learn how to effectively control access to aircraft, ramps, cargo areas, and other restricted zones, conduct thorough aircraft and cargo searches, and identify and respond to potential threats, including unauthorized persons, weapons, explosives, and other prohibited items. The training also covers proper procedures for reporting and coordinating with TSA, law enforcement, and civil aviation authorities, ensuring that all personnel, whether in the air or on the ground, are fully prepared to safeguard passengers, crew, cargo, and aircraft on both domestic and U.S.-bound international flights.
By the end of this course, participants will not only understand the regulatory requirements but also be equipped with practical skills to implement robust security measures, proactively prevent unlawful interference, and uphold the highest standards of aviation security across all operational areas.
